RSS 2.0 specification

I've decided I want to learn some XML and try to construct a website using feeds supplied by affiliate companies to showcase their products on a site I'm going to construct.

I've been searching for easy to learn materials to get a start but have been frustrated by the lack of tutorials. I have however come across this gem which is an easy guide to creating and XML feed which explains the sections in plain English.

I'll post how I get on with the feed setup once I find the rest of the jigsaw that makes up this puzzle.

A nice starting point though and if I manage to get things going, I'll write an easy to follow guide as there doesn't seem to be any on the net. (Not that I've found so far anyway!)
